If the Almighty isn’t mad why did He create Satan. It’s impossible to spend an ‘Eternity’ without going mad. What must be borne in mind is that ALL are MAD to a greater or lesser degree. Isn’t Sanity a specialised form of madness. In this world who is truly mad. What matters is the state of your heart. That’s why you are judged for the ‘HEART’ with which an act is done. QED.

This article creates in me nostalgia for Ghana’s past, when plantation estates littered the countryside under the aegis of several state-owned corporations, providing massive employment and large volumes of cheap affordable produce but poor balance-sheet results. We can try again but this time with private proprietors doing the actual cultivation and the state, providing enabling infrastructure in every wise. The profit motive would ensure operations that are financially rewarding, employment generating in rural areas, abundantly producing large volumes of food and raw materials for industry and returning vibrant livelihoods to rural communities once again
